I wasn’t disappointed by any means in coming back as I felt it was like a reunion. We had to come back as we had issues opening our vent in the bathroom. So we had our roof done back in October 2020 (see review below) as they did an amazing job. I thought this was a con when I used the other competitor with my older camper and they came to my location but after seeing what FlexArmor does at their shop it is worth the travel to have it done their way. You have to take it to their location.I believe having this product on the roof will help me sell my RV for a better price than without it when the time comes.Con (at least at first):.A lifetime, fully transferable, written, NO Leak Guarantee.
For my 625SL I took it in at 8am on Monday and they were done by 10am on Tuesday and I was driving home by 11am (Authorized dealer - Lifetime RV Roof in Bates City MO.no guarantee that all shops do that but they were fantastic).Never have to caulk the roof again or climb up on the roof.The other national competitor couldn’t come close to that for the smaller truck camper that we have. The price was $180ft so for my 10ft long roof it was $1,800 all in.They replace the Fridge cover with a new on at no additional expense.They remove all the covers and do a deep sealing of the AC area and replace the standard seal with an upgraded seal that will last much longer.This provides additional roof insulation. The product is sprayed on and is much thicker than the rolled on product (3/16” plus).They have authorized applicators throughout the country that do this everyday day in and day out and their shops are better suited for getting you in and out and the job done properly.
I used FlexArmor at for my 625SL Travel Lite truck camper after deciding to NOT to use the other national competitor that I had used before for my 31 ft Class C camper. I have used two of the national RV roof replacement companies and based on my experiences I must say that RVRoof/FlexArmor has the best roof replacement system. I have had the unfortunate opportunity of having the need to use a roof replacement for TWO different RV’s that I have owned.
